It has come to light that the auditor had differences with the management related to a few transactions, according to sources.

Deloitte is likely to formally announce its resignation as the auditor of Adani Ports in the next few days, a source told The Economic Times.

It is worth mentioning that Deloitte has been auditing Adani Ports since 2017-18. According to the FY22 annual report of Adani Ports, Deloitte was reappointed as the statutory auditor last year for a period of five years. If Deloitte resigns, it would mark the third change in auditors for Adani Group companies in the past few months.
