Is intel failure responsible for Haryana violence?

Inputs on possibilities of violence in Haryana's Nuh and Gurugram were received by the Haryana intelligence in advance, sources have said. Police say they already had taken note of the social media videos and an adequate police force was deployed. So far, six people have lost their lives in the violence.
