RRR makes history at Golden Globes with Naatu Naatu win; RSS chief sparks row with remark on Muslims; more

In a first for India, RRR earned its first Golden Globes for the Best Original Song category for 'Naatu Naatu'. The song was composed by veteran music director MM Keeravaani and crooned by Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj. Director SS Rajamouli along with his team including Ram Charan, Jr NTR, and MM Keeravaani, among others, were present to represent the film.

Congress leader Kapil Sibal and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi slammed RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat after the latter said "Muslims should abandon their boisterous rhetoric of supremacy." “Insaan (humans) should remain Insaan,” said Sibal. Owaisi questioned Bhagwat's remark and said, "Who is Mohan Bhagwat to give Muslims permission to live in India or follow our faith? We’re Indians because Allah willed it. How dare he put conditions on our citizenship? We’re not here to adjust our faith to a bunch of alleged celibates in Nagpur."

Andhra man goes looking for his goat, ends up stuck between boulders

A man from Andhra Pradesh’s Tuggali Mandal, who was out looking for his goat, got stuck between two boulders. The incident took place in the rugged terrain of Chennampally, where a local resident Boya Rajesh, was looking for his goat that had strayed. Sources said as he ventured deeper into the rocky terrain, Rajesh found himself trapped between the boulders, unable to free himself. Realizing the gravity of the situation, Rajesh acted quickly and used his phone to alert the villagers, who put in a lot of effort to free him.
