US political scientist Iam Bremmer, in an exclusive conversation with India Today, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi's strength on the global stage comes from the fact that he wins elections unlike Chinese President Xi Jinping.
"I think the fact that the US and India both have democracies that they want to keep, even though they are under challenge, and Xi Jinping is President for life. Part of Modi's strength on the global stage is that he is not Putin, not Xi. His strength comes from the fact that he wins elections," he said.
